We are a London-based architecture studio specialising in bespoke homes for sensitive and landscape-rich settings. Grounded in a deep understanding of the South Downs National Park planning framework, the studio combines the spatial clarity and material craft of Brazilian modernism with the technical rigour developed through years of practice in the UK.

  • Designer

    Giovanni studied Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Brasília, with a year at London South Bank University, and graduated with honours from the Institute of Architects of Brazil. His early career included work with BLOCO Arquitetos in Brazil, where he contributed to award-winning residential projects, before relocating to London where he has worked with practices including David Chipperfield Architects.

    His experience spans residential, cultural, and commercial projects, with a focus on sensitive sites and contemporary homes rooted in their landscapes. Drawing from Brazilian modernism and European practice, his approach emphasises the creation of bespoke, crafted pieces of one-off architecture—buildings that feel inevitable in their setting while offering a distinct and personal response to each client and place.

  • Project Manager

    Kevin leads the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, overseeing programme, procurement, cost and quality throughout the construction process.

    Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, he coordinates multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of design and execution. His experience spans bespoke residential developments, with a strong understanding of contract administration, project planning and on-site coordination.

    Combining a pragmatic approach with meticulous attention to detail, Kevin ensures that every project is delivered with clarity, professionalism and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for both client and design team.
